Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ampire Digital Media services and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom code, deliverables, and designs created under contract become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Ampire Digital Media retains rights to generic, reusable utility libraries.

3. Service Delivery & Payments

Project scope, milestone schedules, warranties, and payment terms are formally documented in individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh.
